Load in: "through back entrance of the venue. There is an elevator to the reception hall. Guests won't enter the reception hall until about 4:30. Guests will arrive at 2:30 for 3pm ceremony in the garden with iPad music."

Demo: "40-60 year old white people, mostly conservative, mostly business owners, mostly married, mostly Floridians, with a few moderate Californians sprinkled in. Fun group, avid drinkers. Half of the 75 people are friends because they were all regulars at the same bar for 10 years.  Group includes probably 10 bartenders." 
 
Dress code: Business casual
Color scheme: Burgundy, mauve & blush. Client says "You guys don't have to match the color scheme. Maybe all black??"

Tease- Densie Korrey- Realtor to the stars and great friend... we need to thank her today for even being here because she is soooooo busy all the time. 
 
Tease- Betty (aka Gary)... yes he is a guy. Best man- "Don't burst your "man-gurdle" at the dessert station 
 
Tease- Amber- Hot mess but the most fun!!- Take it easy on the Tequila Amber, we do not need you dancing on tables tonight.
